Here is this month's Freaky fast formula at the scrap room.
I used 3 of the 4 papers for layering then the 4th one as a large mat for my photo.I used one of my altered playing cards as an embellishment. The butterfly went with the garden theme. The J for my name and the map paper for travelling.
I made the camera paper by repeat stamping. This is for Forgeries on the fourth at Counterfeit Kit.
I cut part of it to add to this layout.
also on there is another piece of paper I made by inking with "old paper" through a mask. I inked the wood veneer tag using "lavender" ink and dribbled "Tattered Angels" glimmer mist on my paper.
That's me in the pink top with the red face. It was hot in that restaurant.

At Seize the birthday the challenge is black and white. I decided to look through my scrap bag and made this card using 3 strips of left over patterned papers. My sentiment is re-using a birthday card wish.
I will give it to my great nephew who is turning 25 soon.

I just happened to ut out one from a piece of black and white paper yesterday so can do this challenge.

I have a bag of birds and butterflies so will source those there. (cut from old greeting cards)
I added hearts, envelopes, books, spectacles, dreams and camera. The others I need to hunt out.
Anyway, here's my moderate kit.
Colourful carnival
It is quite small as I don't have anything in particular to scrap.
My papers are mainly brand names (unusual for me). I forged one.
my embellishments are as follows
I included the 3 typewriters I have, several washi tapes, a bling swirl and flower I recently won as well as chipboard flowers. Not too much alphas as I have 2 lots of words to use.Also a heap of journal cards that relate.

At allsorts challenge they wanted something beginning with B.
I chose butterfly. I stamped the butterfly twice then attatched a clear acetate layer on the top. Next I cut 2 small hoses and used ribbon around the butterflies. I used a raised layer to match the background and added my sentiment.

We had to use 2 colours from the palette. I think I have 3. I stuck to the sketch closely using a doiley to mirror the sea foam and found a scrap of paper featuring thongs to match my photo. I had stickers of women in bikinis so used those as my embellishments.
